Weds club night

Unfortunately I’m away this week and won’t be down on Wednesday. However, I’ve put together a session that Mr Baker has kindly agreed to run in my absence. 18:30 meet at the Minster Inn Warm up - front and back leg swings, side leg swings, squats and forward lunges Main session: Indian line. Base pace should be 5 out of 10 re exertion level up to 9 out of 10 as you drive from back to front of the line. Plan is to have two lines running - a fast and faster group. Session will take place along the riverbank up over Millenium Bridge, Blue Bridge and then return. Aim is to develop speed and recovery. Focus on hips and foot strike position. Cool down and static stretches to finish. Enjoy! Mark
