Hall of Fame

Ian has the honour of being the first Postal Harrier to win a race in the York & District Road Race League.  It was 19th June 2018 when Ian was first home at the Bishop Wilton event in a time of 36.02.  He followed this up on 3rd July with another win at the Wistow event, dipping under 35 mins in 34.32.

Welcome to our latest Hall of Fame member.  If you cut Bill in half it would say YPH through the middle of him.  At least 3 members have nominated Bill and it is apt that he is the newest member.

We all know Bill has been around forever, he is a true legend of the club and proudly qualified to wear an England vest at the recent Yorkshire Marathon.  Here's an example of the times he has achieved:

London Marathon 2012 - 2:54:58

Millennium Bridge 5K race 2011 - 17:35

Selby 10K July 2010 - 36:13

Thirsk 10 mile March 2011 - 60.18

Great Eastern Half Marathon October 2010 - 81.30

Our hall of fame members are nominated by their club mates.  It recognises outstanding achievement and contribution to the development of the club.
