Lockdown is lifted 😁

Lockdown is about to be lifted, tiers have been allocated, the R rate is down and Christmas is saved.

But more importantly lockdown has finished 24 hours earlier than expected! rumour has it that this was due to pressure from our coaches directly to parliament so the YPH could get out there training again.

And since we are in tier 2 we can pick up were we left off, a gentle tempo session is planned for this Wednesday. If we can meet up on the corner of Queens Snaith and Skeldergate at 18:30 ready for drills and then onto the tempo run.
