Training is on as usual this week. Meeting at the Minster Inn at 18:30. The session will start with a dynamic and progressive warm up to get us ready for the main session.
Main session this week will focus on strength and speed. Yes - there may be a hill involved!
Static stretching to untangle those twisted muscle fibres will end the session.
