Back on the streets - YPH Training 6 Nov.
This week we meet at The Minster Inn at 18:30 for our customary warm up before heading down to Skeldergate for this weeks training session alongside the river.
After the joys of plyometric strength work last week (more of this to come!) we will focus this week on speed endurance over 1 mile x4, with a focus on running efficiency and cadence.
