A bit of an abridged version of the results this week. There was only one result this weekend as far as I’m concerned.
For the first time I recorded a first place finish in the race to Lucy’s heart! A very heartfelt thank you from both of us to every single YPH who took part and wished us well.
Special mention to Jase, Deanna, Hannah, Dee, Andy H and Jeanne for surprising us on the church steps. Resplendent in your team colours forming a perfect guard of honour. Can’t wait to see the official race photos.
One of the other highlights was during the evening when my daughter Grace came running over to report that “Simon Partridge has just sworn at me Daddy.” No surprises there eh Melissa! Turns out for once Mr Partridge had been misinterpreted. Who do we believe?
