Wednesday training,

For those of you who were at training last week you will have met our new coach Becky, so this week we have double the advice and support as we try our hardest.

Mark and Becky have cooked up a fun session, which will see us running around the service track at the knavesmire. It seems that the mire is the ideal place to maintain the social distancing that we currently require.

So it has been decided that we should meet at the entrance of the service track at 6:30 which will save 6km of warm up/ warm down and allow more focus on the session.

Also last week a few posties stayed on the mire for a couple of tinnies and are planning on doingi t again this week, so if anyone fancies joining in bring a drink along.
