The path to glory!

Hopefully the river will have receded sufficiently for us to get back to some pace work tomorrow down Skeldergate.

We meet at the Minster Inn at 18:30 for our warm up and will then head down towards the riverside path for our main session.

I haven’t been able to assess conditions down by Rowntrees Park as yet. If it’s still wet or dangerously muddy please let me know and we will move to plan B.
