Sunday Social

Jase will be leading this Sundays run, I have planned a route which heads of towards Acomb and back across water end. For any 10k runners if you return to the knavesmire from the Minster and the 10 milers can head on through to the University and down the York 10 mile finish and then back to the mire.

Meeting place and time is the same as usual, 8:30 at the back of the Grandstand.

I hope you all have a great time and remember next week is our Scarborough Seaside Social so there won't be a run, but we will be back on the 6th October.
