Speed Endurance

This weeks training will take place on the riverside path. There are two meeting points depending where you are coming from.


  1. Marygate carpark at 18:20

  2. Skeldergate bridge at 18:30


We will do the usual drills to warm up and then we are doing a bit of interval training, 8x600m with 200m rolling recovery.

London Marathon Place

At our recent AGM we discussed how we award our sole club place in the London Marathon. The consensus was to keep the criteria the same but to publish it on our website so it was clear to all members
