Wednesday Training – 4th December (The session after the session the night before!)

This weeks training session is on as usual, meeting at the Minster Inn at 18:30 for our warm up.  We will follow on with a nice steady jog to the start of our training proper.  This will be one of two options depending on numbers and conditions:


Windmill Rise hill repeats


A pyramid session along the Riverside path from Skeldergate


As many runners will be extremely well fuelled after tonight’s Christmas meal I will be expecting some sterling training performances tomorrow!
