Monthly Ladies' Run
When Coach is away, the ladies will PLAY.
That's right, ladies. Once again, we find ourselves looking forward to our Monthly Ladies' Run. This Monday, the 5th of August, we'll meet at the Minster Inn at 6:30pm for our YPH signature warm-up before taking to the streets of York. A steady 5K, it's the perfect opportunity for current and potential new female club members to meet, catch-up and do what we at YPH do best: run happy, be happy.
So whether you're breaking PBs, just breaking into running or simply want to break the ice at a new club, COME ON DOWN. You'll be made most welcome by all.
