Its all about speed.

For this weeks training we will be running two sessions again, the first is a steady social run.


The other session is fartleks, for those that don't know fartleks are a form of interval training but rather than set time/distance the intervals are of varying lengths to keep you on you toes and maximise you efforts.


As it seems that the Knavesmire works well for the required social distancing we will utilising it again this week. So the meeting places are the same as last week 6:30 Marygate carpark or 6:45 at the entrance to the service road at the top of Knavesmire rd.
