Get those marathon legs moving again!

YPH Training – Wed 23rd Oct Training is on as usual tomorrow, meeting at the Minster Inn at 18:30 for our customary warm up.  With so many YPH runners recovering from stellar weekend performances the session will be geared to allow for tired legs. However, for those wanting to inject a little pace into the session, inspired by their club mates - the option to push on will also be available.  Target training location this week will be riverside from Skeldergate Bridge starting at Tower Gardens. Total distance run will be c. 5 miles
