Club Training - Weds 14th April

Well done to everyone who took part in the Swainby Sweep races yesterday. A beautiful day to be back out on the trails. Watch out for the results write up later today.

For this week’s club training session we will be meeting under Skeldergate Bridge. No romance on offer though as Coach has a devilish interval session lined up.

Here‘s the usual motivational masterpiece from The Coach himself:

Session will fulfil the need, the need for speed!

Post warm up we will do 400m with rolling 200m recoveries x 12.

A man of few words but you know the drill. 6.30pm underneath Skeldergate Bridge.

We are likely to have a few more new members join us this week. It’s fantastic to see our member numbers increase week by week. So, if you’re down on Weds and you see an unfamiliar face, go and say hello and welcome them to the Postal family. We were all first timers once.
