For this week’s club training session we will be meeting under Skeldergate Bridge. No romance on offer though as Coach has a devilish interval session lined up.

We are likely to have a few more new members join us this week. It’s fantastic to see our member numbers increase week by week. So, if you’re down on Weds and you see an unfamiliar face, go and say hello and welcome them to the Postal family. We were all first timers once.
