Club Training - Weds 14th April

Well done to everyone who took part in the Swainby Sweep races yesterday. A beautiful day to be back out on the trails. Watch out for the results write up later today.

For this week’s club training session we will be meeting under Skeldergate Bridge. No romance on offer though as Coach has a devilish interval session lined up.

Post warm up we will do 400m with rolling 200m recoveries x 12.

We are likely to have a few more new members join us this week. It’s fantastic to see our member numbers increase week by week. So, if you’re down on Weds and you see an unfamiliar face, go and say hello and welcome them to the Postal family. We were all first timers once.
