Club Training - 30th June

Wednesday Training.


We are on for a more relaxed session this week, 5 X 1500m at just faster than 10k pace with 2-3 min recovery.


Meet up at Bootham Park at 18:30 ready for the dynamic warm up and a few drills before we move into laps of the field.
