Club Training - 28th April

Club night is back at the Knavesmire this week as worked well with numbers last week.

Distance will be a little longer so scope to have multiple paces and suit a wide range of runnners and speeds.

Meet at 6.30pm by the entrance to the service track on Knavesmire Rd.
