Club Training - 14th July

We are back at Bootham Park this week, meet up at 18:30.

Currently there are 12 posties in the Vale of York 10 on the 20th July so being a little selfish I have asked coach to do something aimed at preparing for that. If you fancy entering there are still places left, and as it is after step 4, it will be a mass start which is going to feel a little strange after 17 Months of virtual events and wave starts.
