This weeks training.
We are back on the riverside path this week running 1500m intervals with a few shorter ones thrown in. Hopefully this will help the parkrunners amongst us be ready for the restart. And with all three York runs getting landowner permission it is looking possible for the first weekend of June. (Subject to HQ sign off)
Anyway if we meet up at 18:30 at Marygate car park and start with some dynamic warm ups before we move onto the main session.
