This week we can take safe haven from the elements back at Bootham School outdoor courts. Just a reminder that this session starts at 19:00. You can meet at the Minster Inn at 18:45 or join us directly at the school nearer 19:00.
This week the session will be speed based in response to feedback from the recent survey. We will also do a bit of core strength conditioning but you will predominantly need your fast legs.
