Wednesday’s training session will be on as usual this week. The session will focus on hill technique (up and down) and be a useful strength builder for all runners.
We will meet at the Minster Inn at 18:30 however, runners coming from the east side of York may find it easier to meet us at the junction of Green Dyke Road and Hull Road (near the Shell Garage) at 18:50, and avoid the 2KM run to get to this point. Will also mean fresher legs to do more hill repeats!!
