Club night

This weeks training is on as usual. We will meet at the Minster Inn at 18:30 for a variety of dynamic and progressive warm up exercises. Following the warm up we will head down to the river path to continue with a few drills and a few top quality speed based intervals. Look forward to seeing as many of you as possible tomorrow. Coach
