Training - the decision is yours.
This week we are at Bootham School at 7pm or meeting at Minster Inn at 6:45 if preferable. Don’t forget your £2 lights money please.
I plan to run a couple of sessions in tandem top and tailed with everyone together for warm up and cool down. One session will be a more moderate outing for those racing at the weekend or who prefer a gentler session. There will also be speed work to keep those feet ticking over for those thinking ahead to summer.
