Wow, just wow!

Never before on a Monday morning have I had the pleasure of reporting on such a wide range of amazing results. The number of fabulous runs over the weekend is unprecedented, certainly in the lifetime of this website. The real plus is that I'm writing about superb performances across the board, this club is absolutely not all about fast boys!

So, ladies and gentlemen, I give you Helena Senior, Sophie Johnson, Elliot Cole, Darren Baker and our ladies captain, Deanna Dawkins. Here's what they have been up to.

Helena - your 50th parkrun and a PB on Hes' B Course. Take a bow Helena, great to see you sticking to the parkrun thing and the club nights, it will pay dividends.

Sophie - after a bit of parkrun results stalking and maybe an email from an on course spy, it has been revealed that you got a PB at Hes by 2 1/2 minutes. PB's by that much are a rare thing indeed.

Here are the Postal parkrun ladies at Hes.

Elliot chalked up an impressive 4th place finish at Hes in 18.12. A bit more results stalking later and we have the evidence that there is much more to come from one of our newest members. He's run 15.44 at Cardiff parkrun before now. Impressive stuff indeed. Last time I went sub 16 I still had over a K to go.

DGB was on tour and what goes on tour.... all we've heard is that he belted out a 1:27:36 half marathon at the Baden event in Karlsruhe. We gather he was there on a stag do so pretty sure his performance was inspired by a drop or two of the hard stuff. 18th place finish in the O50's category and here's his certificate to prove it.

Last but by no means least, Deanna rocked up with a new parkrun PB of 24.01.

The bar has been set folks. Whatever speed you run at, whatever reason you run for, Postal is the club for you. We'll have plenty of fun along the way and do our best to help you achieve your goals.

London Marathon Place

At our recent AGM we discussed how we award our sole club place in the London Marathon. The consensus was to keep the criteria the same but to publish it on our website so it was clear to all members
