If we can find a patch of dry road we will be out tonight for structured training ahead of Snake Lane and other events.
Tonight’s training is on as usual. We meet at the Minster Inn at 18:30 for a warm up and start. Mindful of races occurring this weekend the session will be based on conditioning. Runners will maintain a steady comfortable pace with a few brief interjections of pace to get race speed into legs. Total distance 5-6 miles.
