Weekend Results Roundup

Sorry the results are a bit late this week. It was great to see so many of us out running across 4 different events plus parkrun.

We had Dee going long again in the Goathland Marathon, you must be closing in on 100 marathons / ultras now Dee? Great stuff. Also in Heartbeat Country was Sam taking on the 10K where he came in 4th, just missing out on a podium finish. Rumour has it from my spies on the course that conditions were very challenging following all the recent rain.

8 of us took on the challenge of the superb Dalby Dash 10K race on Remembrance Sunday and we also had Richard in action at the Bolton Abbey Half Marathon.

Well done all, it's great to see the Postal name appearing across results far more than it has before. Keep it going.
