Morning all, hope everyone had a great weekend of running. We had 14 of us taking part in 7 different parkrun events and then there was the Tholthorpe 10K yesterday in addition to a big group taking part in the Sunday Social.
There are a number of big races looming large so good luck to anyone taking part in the Great North Run this weekend and those going through their final training weeks for the Yorkshire Marathon.
