Coach has been out looking for hills in York again. Here’s what he has in store for tomorrow (Weds).
This weeks training will be on as usual. The session will be based on strength building and consequently will make use of Yorks extensive hills!
We will meet at the Minster Inn as usual at 18:30 for a warm up and then run over to the junction of Knavesmire Road and Tadcaster rd to start the session. Anyone living on that side of town may want to meet us there at 18:45.
The session will include speed, strength and breathing technique.
