Wednesday training

At last weeks training we had a massive turn out and it was getting a little congested for the warmup/drills. So this week we are going to meet up at Rowntrees park side of the millennium bridge at 18:30 to give us a little more space and no cars.

This weeks session is one of my favourites 'indian lines' as this allows us to interact and support each other throughout the session. In line with current practice we will be operating a tier structure but instead of medium, high and highest we are going for fast, faster and fastest etc.

Hope to see you there, and remember now the clocks have gone back it is definitely time to bring some lights with you and wear hi-vis if you can.
