Tonight’s club run

YPH Training – Wed 9th Oct
Training is on as usual tomorrow, meeting at the Minster Inn at 18:30 for our customary warm up.  With the dark evenings now upon us and the flood barriers still closed i will be looking at a few alternative venues for the session and will take a view tomorrow on appropriateness. The session will focus on speed endurance and pace variation - so should have something for everyone.  Its a great session for improving your VO2 Max (the ability to take in and use oxygen to fuel muscles. As you know it’s by stressing the body in such sessions alongside rest and recovery that will drive fitness, speed and keep those PB’s coming.
