To sprint or not to sprint

This Wednesday's training we will be meeting on Skeldergate around the corner from Sainsbury’s at junction with Queen Staithes Road at 18:30

We will start with some drills and then the plan is to run 1500m intervals along the river and across Millennium bridge & back again, this will ( I have been on google) target nervous system efficiency, aerobic energy production, and anaerobic capacity in faster muscle fibres ( I think this means speed/endurance )

I hope to see you there and you never know there may be a debut for the new t-shirts/vests that are now available.
