This weeks training is everyone's favourite, hill repeats. As you can probably workout we can't do hills on the service road at the racecourse. So we are moving location to the hill on the way into the Sports Village (Heslington) just off Hull Road. If you are driving over I think we should be able to park at the swimming pool and jog up the hill, alternatively if you are riding there are bike racks outside the front of the pool.
If we meet up at the roundabout at the top off the hill at 18:30 we should be good to go. Hope to see you there.
