Hi All
Now the summer series is over I am starting to look towards the yorkshire marathon, but there are lots of other good races coming including York 10k, Escrick 10k, York 10 miler and Vale of York 1/2 to name a few local ones.
And as such I am starting to add a bit of milage onto the runs, for this weekends it is a 11 mile run with points for people to drop off a 10k and 10 miles. Currently its got a buggy unfriendly section but if Reid wants to join us I can tweek it to suit.
