Hi all, Simon has given me access to the website, so as this is my first post please forgive me if it all goes wrong!
Tadcaster 10k is the next summer league race, so as with the last one it may be best to keep the Sunday run to 10k, if you fancy doing a bit more there is always the chance for a couple of laps round the mire.
I have plotted a route https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/2500922923 which is basically up to Acomb, through Holgate and back down to the racecourse.
If you want to come along we will meet at 8:30 behind the grandstand at the racecourse, as always we run together and no one gets left behind.
