Its starting to look as if the weather might be turning back to normal and we may be saying goodbye to the sunny days for a while.
But at the minute it is still hanging in there and Sunday morning is looking good for running, so if anyone fancies the Sunday Social run we will be meeting as normal 8:30behind the grandstand. The initial idea for the route is round the mire then across hob moor and up to Acomb, down holgate back through town to drop off any 10k runners. Following on for the rest over towards Fulford across the millennium bridge and back to the grandstand.
Hopefully see you all there, remember we all run together no-one gets left behind.
