The next summer league race is the revised Bishop Wilton route for those who haven't seen it, there is still a hill but with the added bonus of a bit of running off road (some posties love the mud).
So with this in mind we will be taking in a flat steady 10k this weekend, I am unsure if I will be able to make it so Jason has offered to lead the run. The meeting place will be the usual 8:30 behind the grandstand, as always we run together no one gets left behind.
