Sunday social

Hi All

I am away this weekend so Glynn has offered to stand in for the Sunday Social run. He has suggested a steady 8-10 mile run meeting as normal 8:30 behind the grandstand at the racecourse. 

Good luck to everyone who is racing this weekend, wear the club colours with pride as we are stronger together.
