Sunday Social

As we are fast approaching summer league and Wednesday night is focusing on speed work, why not try something different and come out this Sunday for a steady social run.

The weather is looking ok with a slight chance of rain, but thats no bad thing as rain keeps you cool! I have tried something different this week and saved the route on map my run, so if you paste the link below into your browser hopefully you can see it.

But in case it doesn't work I was planning to head from the racecourse down the cycle path to sim balk lane, over the A64 to Bishopthorpe down past the palace to the river. From here all the way into town, those doing 10k can head back at this point, for the rest onto the city walls do a full lap and back down the opposite side of the river and back to the racecourse.

Remember we run together and no one gets left behind. Just a heads up for the 14th,  both Jason and myself (plus 7 other Harriers) are running the vale of york 10 so if someone else fancies leading the Sunday it would be appreciated.

Thanks Andy
