This weekend sees YPHs first venture into the Yorkshire Vets league and the team are competing in a cross country race in Sheffield, good luck to everyone who is running. I would have loved to join them but instead I will be celebrating my daughters birthday, but I am allowed out on the social run.
I have recycled a route from last year which stays away from the river as I think it is still a bit slippy and muddy (its not good mud Dee). We have got the usual 10km and 16km options. Meeting place and time is the same as usual 8:30 behind the grandstand.
