I know many of you are running in either the Snake Lane 10 or Brighton Half this weekend, good luck. However there are many Harriers who may want to join us on what is becoming the staple Sunday morning long run.
As Andy is racing this weekend I will attempt to plan a route in his absence. As always we will start off behind the Racecourse grandstand for 8:30 and loop around York aiming to arrive back in town for around 10km. Allowing those who wish to head home the option, before adding an additional loop making the distance up to 10miles.
As always, no one gets left behind and everyone is welcome.
