After last weeks foolish attempts to beat storm Ciarra, it looks like Dennis may be a little kinder to us and most of the rain will have past by 8:30 on Sunday just leaving a bit of a breeze to contend with. The picture shows Glynn battling to lead the posties home at west park.

I have planned a route which has the usual 10km and 10mile options, staying away from the river as I think we have all had enough of wet feet.

So if you fancy a run out on Sunday see you behind the grandstand at 8:30.
