Sunday Social

After last weeks mudfest do you want a more sedate and most definitely cleaner Sunday this week?


I have planned a route with the usual options of 10k and 16k, the start time and place will be the same as always 8:30 behind the grandstand.


Anyone who is planning a spring marathon these runs are great for getting time on your feet, so if you haven't been before you are more than welcome to join us.


Don't forget Wednesday is the AGM.
