As we are entering the festive season and we are all starting to get really busy with eating, drinking, shopping and all the other things that take over at this time of year. Why not spend a couple of hours on Sunday morning to clear you head and take some time for yourself. I have planned a 16k route with options for 8-10k if you don't fancy the full run.

Also as the Brass Monkey is just round the corner this is the perfect time to up your distance to get ready for Simon P's go to favourite run!
