Lots of us are helping out at heslington parkrun this weekend so may miss our weekend running fix, so why not join YPH on the Sunday Social. I won't be there this weekend as I am making my way across the Tyne bridge on my way to South Shields.
But we have got a very capable replacement in Deanna, she will be leading the run on a yet to be determined route. Meeting place will be the same as usual, behind the grandstand at 8:30. Remember we all run together.
