It looks like the sun is going to be out for us on Sunday so why not join us on the social run and take the opportunity to top you your vitamin D.

I have planned a rough route which should allow for people to do anything between 10 and 19km. We can work it out as we go. Meeting time will be as usual 8:30 behind the grandstand and remember everyone is welcome as we all run together.
