Now the Cross Country is finished and I don't think there are any other big races this weekend, is it time to get the Sunday Socials up and running again as we have missed the last two.
I was thinking if we head from the Knavesmire over millennium bridge and loop through the university, then back towards town on the cycle paths. As always I will try and get back town at 10k for anyone who wants to drop off there, and then probably head up to water end and back to the racecourse.
The weather looks great for Sunday no need for hat or gloves! This is the last chance to test your legs before Snake Lane or possibly the Brighton HM!
Meeting point will be the usual 8:30 behind the grandstand, hopefully see you there. Andy
