Before I pass over to Andy I just want to thank everybody single YPH who has supported me in one form or another this week. Appreciate not everyone could make the Weds run but plenty of you have supported in other ways. I’m proud to be a member of such a fantastic club.

Its almost here, the summer league! so it has been suggested we have a slightly shorter to run to rest our legs ready for the first race in Pocklington.
Meeting place is the same as usual behind the grandstand at 8:30.

But basically it is up to the city centre round the walls and back, if anyone wants to do a bit more we can sort something out at the end.
