Sunday Run

We have missed the last couple of Sunday Runs, but if you fancy getting back out there I have planned a bit of an epic route. The whole thing for those who want to join us is roughly 16 miles but I have included 10km and 10 mile options for those aren't daft enough to be training for a marathon.

The meeting place and time is the same as always, 8:30 behind the grandstand. Remember everyone is welcome as we all run together.

If you are coming on the 16 mile route it may be worth bringjng some water along as it is going to be quite humid.

Hope to see you there, Andy.
