Postal Harriers Virtual Running Challenge

Who's up for something a bit different? So we can still go out running as long as we observe the rules. We all know what they are. On your own or with members of your household.

Who fancies taking on the 30.3 mile ultra marathon challenge. No idea where the 0.3 came from, it just appeared out of the blue, a bit like this pesky virus.

Anyway, please don't feel you have to go out and run 30.3 miles in one bash, although you are allowed to do one run per day. Here's the link to the route I planned on Strava but you don't have to follow the route.

Just go out, have your run, enjoy the fresh air, share some virtual fist bumps with other runners along the way and have fun. Email me details of how far you've run, just a number will do. I trust you! simonmidd73@sky.com

I'll set up a leaderboard showing distance covered, distance left and where you would be on the actual route.

If you all like it I'll set another one up once we've all done this.
