New kid on the block

We've got a new kid on the block this week with Coach Whitby absent from proceedings. For one week only welcome to Coach Dawkins! Before we start grumbling at Deanna take note that this week's session has been devised by the ever devious Coach Whitby.

We meet as usual for a dynamic warm up at 6.30pm. Particularly important when you have a tough session ahead!

Deanna will lead you down to the junction of Leeman Road and Water End. Here we will be doing 8 out of 10 - 500m efforts up to the lights and turn and recover on the descent x 4.

Please be mindful of other users and use both sides of the road if appropriate to do so to reduce congestion.

The cherry on top will be a 5th repeat up Water End turn left and recover down to Windmill Rise for 2 full reps there. Up and over past the Windmill.

It’s a warm down and bask in the sense of achievement after that. Enjoy this strengthening session!
